I made a chicken fried cube steak recently and LOVED it!

Speaking of love, medtran, that sandwich looked and sounded heavenly!

I'm learning to bake other breads besides the NYTimes No-Knead. Tried my first loaf from the 5-Minute Bread book. Not bad - still need to practice.

Had it with a pea soup chock full of ham.

I'm going to make chicken and biscuits using Grands blue tube.
I've got two varieties either of which will work well.
Also roasted honey carrots and a salad.

The salad is just the lettuce mix, with sliced radish, red bell strips and balsamic vinaigrette.
