Default Gummy vitamins for adults

My doctor said I was deficient in Vitamin D and has been on me to take some orally (as opposed to sitting in the sun) for a couple of years. I'm also supposed to take calcium daily.

I was good about it for awhile, but felt kind of nauseous when I took those horse pills in the morning, and would forget about it at night.

I first found the gummy D's in a local store, and my roommate was so interested, she found gummy calcium with D on Amazon! The latter is absolutely delicious!

So we're both chewing a vitamin twice a day, and actually enjoying it!

Sounds funny, I know, but if you hate taking vitamins, you might want to look into these.

Y'know Lee, I have read this a couple times and it is really a good idea.
I hope I can be as good a person as my dog thinks I am.

My mother always told me - "You can catch more flies with sugar than you can with vinegar."

maybe it was the calcium or calcium/d that lee is speaking of. sometimes those pills're sorta monstrous.

my 50,000 unit (& the 1,000 unit ones i was initially prescribed) vitamin d's- they're both easy to take.

i say if it gets u to take ur vitamins, rock on. just hide them from the kiddos if need be.
food is luv~
