Med, what recipe did you use? I've only made the Frugal Gourmet's, and have loved it!

Lee

It's a recipe from an actual Cuban. I have it posted on another forum so will copy and paste tomorrow. It's 1 of our favorites, though we haven't made it in a while. When we were making our menu list before we went to the grocery last week and were having trouble deciding on last couple of meals, I asked Craig what about ropa? He kind of snickered and said he was just thinking about that.

Ooooo! I love those baby shells.
Fun to cook medium shells together with the baby shells, and when cooked, the little babies are stuck inside the medium ones.
It makes the taste and bite SOoooo Delicious. How cute the little babies are cuddled by their mommies.

I made a stromboli with pepperoni and mozzarella. I used frozen dough I had made myself 3 months ago! * Yuck * . Never again. The dough smelled like alcohol. Baked like cardboard stiff.

I bought a prepared ready-to-heat Pioneer Woman's meatloaf out of curiosity to try.

This was lunch.
Chicken curry soup from the deli and sandwich crackers.
Kinda spicy, but good.

Suprisingly, this meatloaf really isn't that bad!
It's actually quite good.
Does it taste homemade?
Yup!
The ingredients speak for themselves on the package.
I laughed when I opened the package however.
Small lol
For the size of the container there sat this itty bitty meatloaf.
It comes with a pretty fair amount of bacon to sprinkle over the other packet of her bbq sauce.
I'll give it 8 stars out of 10.

The gluten free deep fried Frog legs with
almond flour-eatable but not great.

I air fried these w/salt and pepper. Way better.
next time I'll use a little bay seasoning.

Humble grilled Italian sausages and vege sandwich. Marinated the vege in olive oil, balsamic, lots of garlic, S&P. red wine vinegar, olive oil and oregano for condiments.
