Crust:
1 c. crushed graham crackers
3 Tbsp. melted butter
Mix; pat in pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 6 minutes. Or do what I do and use a premade graham crust. It's so much easier.
Filling:
1 1/2 sticks butter
3 1/2 c.ups powdered sugar
4 large egg yolks
2 Tbsp. Rum
2 1/4 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. pecans, chopped
Mix butter and sugar until nice and fluffy.
Mix in egg yolks, rum, vanilla and salt; mix well.
Carefully mix in the nuts and then gently pour into crust. Put in Fridg for 2 hours.. Add whip cream and more nuts for serving.
