I really need some of this stuff! I'm going to try it but I have a question - is milk powder the same thing as powdered milk?

Thanks, Doug. It looks like they are the same thing so I have everything I need to make this incredible pie! I'm going to try for tomorrow night and I'll definitely let you know how it turns out. (If I end up on the streets, selling my body for pie, I'll have you to blame, Doug! LOL)

One other thought -- maybe by "milk powder" the author means dried whole milk rather than the non-fat stuff we usually call "powdered milk." Just guessing, and I doubt it would make much difference -- but it couldn't hurt to use the richer stuff.

Yes, I was thinking that, too, Doug. Everything about this pie is rich and I can't imagine them using the low-fat or fat-free stuff.
