BBQ Brisket Rub

1/2 cup paprika
1/3 cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons garlic powder
3 tablespoons onion powder
2 tablespoons oregano

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Work into the surface of the brisket, especially over the exposed meat

Spicy Dry Rub

This is actually a great mustard rub that gives great flavor to almost anything but is particularly good on lamb and pork.

6 tablespoons dry mustard
3 tablespoons dried oregano leaves
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon pepper
1 tablespoon salt

Mix all ingredients together. Store in an airtight container

Colombian Style Marinade:

1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup white wine
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 1/2 teaspoons adobo seasoning
4 large eggs
3 cloves garlic
2 scallions, chopped
Salt and pepper

Rustic Rub: Good on most anything BBQ

8 tablespoons paprika
3 tablespoons cayenne
5 tablespoons freshly ground black pepper
6 tablespoons garlic powder
3 tablespoons onion powder
6 tablespoons salt
2 1/2 tablespoons dried oregano
2 1/2 tablespoons dried thyme

Combine all ingredients and store in an air-tight container

Kansas City Style Rib Rub:

1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup paprika
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon chili powder
3/4 tablespoon garlic powder
3/4 tablespoon onion powder
1 teaspoon cayenne

Combine all ingredients together and transfer to an air tight container.
