Default Leftover ham pie after the Christmas

Bottom:

puff pastry sheets (I used 6)

Filling:

ham cubes
vegetables, boiled (carrots goes well)
1 dl smashed potatoes
2 dl sour cream
1 egg
grated cheese

Put melted puff pastry sheets to casserole, add filling, spread grated cheese on the top.

Bake +225 C, 30 to 45 minutes. Make sure that also the bottom will be baked.
