4-5 large potatoes w/skins,baked
6 hard boiled eggs, 3 sliced for garnish
1 cup miracle whip
1/2 cup sour cream (i used a roasted garlic & herb spiced one)
1/2 cup marble cheese, diced, reserve half for garnish
8 slices of bacon or 1/2 lb bacon fried crisp
1/2 vidalia onion.minced
paprika for garnish
miracle whip and sour cream amounts are approx. each time you mix it up, it will require a little more or less.
start with dicing your potatoes. as you add more stuff, the potatoes will break down a bit.
add all ingredients except your garnish and mix together. garnish and let sit in fridge for at least an hour.
