I decided to not make the country gravy for the chops.
Because I'm having some Haagen-Daz pineapple coconut ice cream later.
Saving calories?

Look Lucky! Another new plate.

Beautiful colors, Sassy Girl!

Lucky, I'd like some of that seafood pasta.

I cooked a pork tenderloin, with apples & onions - cooked in Apple cider and Apple cider vinegar to give it a sweet n sour flavor. I had an ear of corn to use, so the side was a easy succotash.

I did a Vietnamese Caramel Fish recipe from Milk Sreet.

Started with a caramel of coconut water and sugar, then added fish sauce, lime peel, ginger, shallots. Poached cod fillets in the sauce for 6 minutes, removed and reduced the sauce.

Wow! Flavor pop! Definitely on the repeat list.

I don't think I've ever seen a steak for $37.00/lb, Ironman! Maybe Weygu or Kobe, but I've not seen either of those in a supermarket.

Any more photos? Was it worth it?
