I made these tonight Because the miniature peanut butter cups for going fast. LOL

Reese’s Chewy Chocolate Cookies

2 cups all-purpose flour / 310 grams
¾ cup Hershey’s Cocoa / 60 grams
1 teaspoon baking soda / 6.8 grams
½ teaspoon salt / 3.5 grams
1 ¼ cups (2 ½ sticks) butter, softened / 282.5 grams
2 cups of sugar / 400 grams
2 large eggs /approximately 55 grams each.
2 teaspoons vanilla extract / 14 grams
1 and 2/3 cup tiny miniature Reese’s peanut butter cups 283± grams
Preheat oven to 350°
Stir together flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt. And set aside
Cream butter sugar with a mixer until fluffy, add eggs one at a time, add vanilla.
Gradually add flour mixture beating well. Stir in peanut butter cups, and refrigerate.
Bake 10 to 13 minutes your oven may vary I did mine 13 minutes at 350°

Pan recipe; spread batter on greased 15.5 x 10.5 x 1” jellyroll pan bake at 350° 20 minutes or until set. Cool completely in pan on wire rack cut into bars.

Oh, Guts, that is one of my all-time favorite flavor combinations! I recently bought a carton of chocolate ice cream with those tiny peanut butter cups in it - wonderful!

Your cookies look terrific!
