i took 4 Georgia peaches and cut them in half
and got the seed out ...
then lightly brushed both sides with canola oil ..
put on a medium hot grill for about 3 mins per side ...
then topped with whipped cream and honey ...
they taste like peach cobbler without the crust ...
they would also be good with a little ground nutmeg ..
or some mascrapone (sp) cheese ...
try these you will love them ..

I would love that. The last time I was in the grocery store the peaches were looking pretty good. Beautiful pic too!

Man, that really looks good!
Very nice, Q. I'm not a big peach eater, but that is going on my shortlist.

Thanks.

I did the Martha Stewart method, and brushed the peaches (I just did the cut sides) with melted butter. First time trying these - EASY!

Pretty good, but needed to be dressed up.

I sprinkled Vietnamese cinnamon on the ones I had last night and they were delicious!

Will try a little ice cream on one tonight.
