I just might make a Jimmy-type meal tonight.
Out of curiosity I bought a frozen Boston Market Salisbury steaks with cheesy pasta.
I'll add some vegs on the side too.
Boring rainy day here.

A beer burger (yes it has some beer in it), mushroom ketchup, beer braised onions, sharp cheddar, on homemade pretzel buns, with steak fries.

Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

Never explain yourself. Your friends don't need it and your enemies won't believe it anyway.

I went with Sass' 3-Ingredient Brown Sugar Italian Chicken ...

Did not have the Good Seasons Italian mix, so I

substituted Hidden Valley Ranch Dry Mix..... Worked VERY well....

3- Ingredient Chicken Thighs with Mushrooms, Roasted Carrots and Radishes, White Rice and the ever present Garden Salad...

Yesterday - No breakfast. I had very small amount of Panda Express (ordered online and pick-up) Black Pepper Angus Steak, noodles and fried rice for lunch. For dinner I had about 1/2 cup grits made with milk and butter and a strawberry shortcake for dessert.
