Scallops and Peach Bake

1 stick of butter
1 medium onion, chopped
1 lb scallops
1/4 t minced garlic
1/8 t cinnamon
8 peach halves (save the juice)
parsley
Cracker crumbs (Ritz preferably)

Heat butter and sautee onion til lightly browned. Add the scallops, stir then add garlic, cinnamon, parsley and the juice from the peaches.

Place the peach halves in a 2 qt casserole, and cover with the scallops mixture.
Sprinkle with cracker crumbs and bake at 350 until bubbly and crackers are browned.
