I'm making the rib eye that I was going to make yesterday. I salted it with smoked salt this afternoon, and it's now coming to room temp.

Cheese ravioli (Star brand frozen) with burgundy tomato sauce, fresh grated Romano & Parmesan cheese and salad (butter lettuce, red leaf lettuce, tomato, mushrooms, cucumber and sliced almonds) dressed with blue ranch dressing (a combo of homemade buttermilk ranch dressing and Marie’s blue cheese dressing).

Looks good Peeps, especially the salad. That reminds me that I need to buy some cucumber plants. So far I have lettuce, peppers, and tomatoes planted. :tiphat:
