Coming from you, that really means a lot.
They are made of ground pork and beef, with pin oats and all spice.
In the container they are a loose meat.
I was told not to add anything to bind it.
Just cook in oil until browned and the first oat bits start jumping in the pan.
Prettles are fairly well known only to this part of Ohio, apparently.
Now I lived just miles from here for 17 plus years and never had them, until now.
They only sell them at a place called Herm's Meats.
