Swiss and Crab Pie

4 oz. natural Swiss cheese. shredded (1 c.)
1 unbaked 9" pastry shell
1 (7 1/2 oz.) can crab meat, flaked and cartilage removed
2 green onions, sliced (with tops)
3 beaten eggs
1 c. light cream
1/2 t. grated lemon peel
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. dry mustard
1/4 c. sliced almonds

Arrange cheese evenly over bottom of
pastry shell. Top with crab meat; sprinkle
with green onions. Combine eggs, cream,
lemon peel, salt, and dry mustard.
Pour evenly over crab. Top with almonds.
Bake in a 325° for 45 min. or till set. Let
stand 10 min.

I have a recipe very similar to this but it doesn't have a crust. Thanks for sharing! :)
