Made this for the family, and they called it my "liquid BBQ", LOL. Again, always making these up as I go, but this is what I did for this one:

3 pork shoulder steaks
1lb thick cut center bacon, chopped
1 large can pinto beans
2 cups diced tomatoes
2 cans whole kernel corn
2 cups dried black turtle beans
2 medium Vidalia onions, chopped
8 small to medium sized red potatoes, chopped
1/2 clove garlic
1 package Lipton Onion & Mushroom soup mix
1/2 cup molasses
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
4tbsp Pick-A-Pepper sauce (or 2tbsp Tabasco sauce)
2tbsp chili powder
3tbsp hickory or mesquite liquid smoke
1tbsp browning sauce
1tsp black pepper
1/2tsp salt
1tbsp dried parsley, crumbled up
4 cups water

Real easy to make. Just assemble all the ingredients, chop everything up to uniform size (mine are always around 1/4" in size), add water and liquid ingredients to the slow cooker, then the rest of the ingredients. Stir it up a bit and set to either Auto if you have that feature and go for 6 hours or set to low and go for 8 hours. Don't remove the lid just let it cook.
