I won't be going to a dine-in meal for quite awhile. I'm not sure it is safe yet.

As promised, pics.
We were the only ones eating inside.
As you can see.
I got the fish sandwich and onion rings.
Then bought some of their super delicious tartar sauce too.

When I was a kid, always got the Big Boy burger and strawberry pie.

Dinner was panko crusted chicken thighs with homemade egg noodles, gruyere cheese sauce, with carrots and green beans.

Medtran, that looks delicious!
I almost got the burger (the original) lol
It's like a McDonald's big mac only better.
Yup, their strawberry pie is the bomb.

I know it's early, but I bought a nice piece of beef flank: "London Broil" at the supermarket.
There is a recipe I've been looking at for slow cooker preparation.
That will be dinner tomorrow.

Woke up yesterday morning with some kind of bug..... That's what I get for leaving the house open on a chilly night... ate a little something and went back to bed.......Decided about 4:00 that I'd better eat , so I concocted a Kitchen Sink Soup from remnants in the fridge, mostly...
a Chicken Breast thawed, cut into bite-sized pieces and cooked in the microwave, a can of cooked Chicken, leftie Rice, Tomatoes and Corn from the Fridge, chopped Onions and Celery, chopped Celery Leaves, Italian Seasoning Blend, Chicken Broth, Salt & Pepper.....

Hope you're feeling better today, Lucky.
Yup, I'm sneezy and throat scratchy.
It hasn't gone beyond that.
One minute the central air is on, then the furnace.
It's that time of year!

We had Taco Bell last night.

Not sure what dinner will be. DD mentioned ordering pizza.

I am hoping to do food shopping tomorrow at my regular/favorite store. I haven't been there since Feb. 29. I've only done a small trip to the Asian store.

I put all this in at 10 this morning.
I'll let it cook all day on low.
I added beef broth at the last minute instead of water.

Craig made chicken and tasso jambalaya using some of the tasso he smoked a week ago. Lord, I think he must have put extra cayenne in the spice mix for the tasso. That stuff was SPICY!

Well my first food shopping outing went well. Went to my favorite food store and the Asian store (HMart).

So now my dilemma is … I have no clue what's for dinner. To many choices!
