Mixed with 2C of boiling water sausage and butter,and into the fridge overnight





Ready in the Lg. Green Egg @ 400* for 25-min.

Pulled @ 165* interior and rested

Served with scrambled eggs and salsa. A tasty new Years morning meal

Ross, those look so good. bet the paxo flavor just made it over the top.
Been wondering where you have been, Thought maybe you were just giving the egg a rest. CF
