I had Nathan's franks in puff pastry and peanuts for brunch.I'm making neither of what I'd suggested.
I do have some Hebrew National franks in puff pastry.
Those and baked beans.
I'm in the mood for easy today.

Wow, the pastry on these things has a weird puff power.
They puff more where the pastry laps over.
One completely fell off when I picked it up.
Still, they're delicious little things.
There were 32 in the box in separate trays.
I'll eventually snack on the rest, but next time I'll do pigs in a blanket with blue tube croissants and Nathan's, tyvm...

These are little kosher beef franks, with quite a strong flavour, Peeps.

I've been asked to work from 6p-2a today, so I'll eat leftovers before I go in, or make a Stouffer's tuna noodle casserole single serve from frozen.
