Rachel Ray's Cornish Hens

I'm not usually a big fan of hers, but she just roasted some cornish hens that I am going to have to try. She spatchcocked them, basted them in a mixture of orange juice concentrate and balsamic vinegar, and sprinkled rosemary and s&p over them. They looked great. Anybody tried this?

I’ve grilled many a Spatchcocked Cornish Hen (and chickens) before. One of my favs is to use a robust salad dressing as a finisher instead of a typical BBQ sauce.
