not a thought yet. i was gonna see my Mom today to go see martin yan, & buy dinner @ the 'iggle, tho she ditched me. so i suppose i'd better thaw something now. i'm so ticked at her @ this point i could scream. oh, well, when she pulls stuff like this, i get $$ as her 'apology', as she thinks money makes me happier than seeing her.
rant over now. until i talk to her.

Baked Ziti...

Done / Finished / ready to go back to doing chores to finish up the weekend.

Tonight will be some sweets of some kind.
Maybe I can get Mrs. Couch Hugger to make monkey bread.

I made a broth out of the Cornish game hens we had for dinner last week. FINALLY got around to making soup with it. Chicken veggie... onions, celery, carrots, mushrooms and cabbage. Might or might not boil up some noodles for it too. Doesn't really need it though.. :)

I'm not a big fan of chicken...but they look like I would eat them.
LQQK nice and crispy..and not wet.

The fries..Ummmm!! So nice and crisp looking, and uniform in size.
I hate fries that are different sizes...i.e. fat and long and wet ones mixed in with ones that will "STAB" your throat!....

Def a good eets there luvs.!!!!

shanx! they were just dredged/fried/drained immediately.- the tenderloins, not the fries. the fries were pencil-thin. used a yukon (squared its edges), then cut fairly evenly considering i was watching a movie & blanched 'em in oil, drained & cooked to again to crispy when the chix was thru cooking, & also drained immediately.

i want the baked ziti or pancho's lasagne. yum.

Ha Ha Ha Ha ... Boy peep... You're Good!

Yep.. Kosher Salt ( Not too much ) and a little pepper.

After I rolled it up, I said to myself.. $**t Jimmy.... You forgot to salt the cheese.

I always tell DD and Tina... Cheese like pot cheese or mozzarella does not come salted. Always add a little to your lasagna or pizza pie or whatever.

And so Dummy Me...I roleed it up, and forgot to salt.
So..I said,"hmmm...maybe just on top with some pepper.

OMG... It's crunchy and like sort of a pretzel. Gooood!

Next time I make one, I'm gonna add some sliced thick hard boiled eggs.
