Just made a snack.

I was ruffling through the freezer, and I found 6 nice big Melanzana Meatballs.
( Eggplant cubes added to the beef meatball mix ) and I thawed and fried them up nice and golden brown. Ummm!
Soon as I get the jelly Doughnut taste out of my mouth, I will do some nibbling on one of those meatballs.

That is always my very first bite of a pork chop. I always go for the best thing on the plate first just in case I get full before I get to it.

Last night was braised kale, turkey, and long grain and wild rice. Kale has become one of my favorites, just right below mustard greens on the love scale.

I did a hit and run at Fairway. LOL
2 (2 lb) London broils (they will be cut in half to make 4 meals)
4 (1 lb) packs of the chop meat
2 Doctor Browns Black cherry soda 6 packs
1 San Peligrino Limonata 6 pack

In and back to car - maybe 15 minutes!

Didn't get any sausage because they only had it at the butcher case and the line was to long.
