Lose weight soup

A lighter version of the old favorite.

Combine ingredients in a soup pot:
Simmer an hour

2 cups chopped cabbage
1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
1 can (7 oz) mushrooms, stems and pieces, liquid included
1 cup chopped frozen spinach
3 small stalks celery
1 can (14.5 oz) French style green beans, liquid included
1 box onion soup mix
3 cups water

Eat all you want, when you want; you burn more digesting it than you gain from it.
