How about roast them till just turn bright and still crisp, then saute slightly in EVOO (or grapeseed oil or flaxseed oil) and fresh minced garlic till tender and serve over quinoa, whole grain pasta or brown rice of choice.I wanna combine 'em into a healthy, tasty mix.
