Ok, guys & gals, what kind of foods are you good at doing that really makes you feel like you're on a pedestal, as your friends & family just rave, ooh & ahh and drool over the delicious creations that you turn out in your kitchen? :eating2:

Sometimes, but not always, I like to make a soul Sunday dinner.
Have to have it in moderation though. But I do it in the healthy version without all that fat. :eating2:

I was about to say that I am easy and I like to make just about anything as long as I am making it for friends and get to enjoy the people and the food.

Then Ian mentioned breakfast. I do love to make a good breakfast. Here is my favorite.

Then again, it's hard to beat BBQ in the yard by the pond with friends. The salads of summer here at NCT are many and great.

Sometimes, I like to do Honey Buffalo Drumsticks in place of the wings, using the same ingredients for the sauce! :eating2:

Then again, I like a good soup or stew now & then!

This one is called a stewp, as Rachael Ray often likes to refer to it as, because it is thicker than a soup, but thinner than a stew. :eating2:
