This was an easy and wonderful lunch! My mouth is tingling!

Buffalo Chicken Salad
Lettuce
Celery, sliced
Carrot, sliced
Chicken, cooked and cut into bite-sized pieces
Blue cheese, crumbled
Dressing makes enough for 2 salads)
1/4 cup ranch dressing (I used Ken's Lite - love it!)
1/4 cup hot sauce (I used a scant quarter cup of Frank's)
2 teas. white vinegar
Place lettuce, celery, and carrots in a bowl or on a plate.
Mix dressing, and add chicken to it.
Sprinkled blue cheese over the top.
