No one else started the weekly so..

Tonight I'm planning on making parmesan crusted tilapia and salads.
That may be enough.

Lunch at Texas Roadhouse - Fried Catfish ! Four big pieces !

Two of 'em will be a late supper (Maybe)

The salad is just the usual bagged mix with quartered tomato and garlic pepper crispy onions/Italian dressing.

Supper was sausage and meatballs in tomato sauce.
It was spicy, and I'm fighting it in my stomach now!

DD made chili and beans, and ribs in the oven rubbed, with dry rub and cooked in the oven at 250 F ....3-1/2 hours.
..... No pics because I accidently deleted them from in the phone.

Went food shopping this morning.

Lunch was rotisserie turkey breast, sesame noodle salad with spicy peanut dressing, bowtie and feta salad and watermelon.

Dinner should be ham and cheese calzone with tomato, mozzarella and fresh basil salad

No clue yet.... Mommy T is out shopping; so it depends on what she picks up at the store.
Last I heard was she is at Sams Club. Looks like we'll be eating toilet paper.

Well, poor planning on my part..... I usually use Hunt's Stewed Tomatoes for this; had none.... had to use Diced..... also, Garlic butter Was meh.... not enough Minced Garlic in-house.....

"Whats on hand pasta". Pepperoni, onion, garlic, red pepper flakes, can of diced tomatoes, fresh Everglades tomatoes, red wine, fresh basil, olive oil, S&P. Barilla spaghetti rigati and choice of parmigiano or pecorino cheeses.

No clue?..... Maybe a sub from a Jersey Mikes that just opened a week ago in Mansfield.

Tina made a vegetable beef soup with tiny meatballs. Had some for lunch, but I won't eat it again, the same day.

It's nothing complicated.

1 c chopped ham, I used deli smoked thin sliced because I bought a ton of it for sandwiches etc
