Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

Never explain yourself. Your friends don't need it and your enemies won't believe it anyway.

Well yesterday was a taco bell run for packs of burritos and tacos at lunchtime.
Dinner was the tuna casserole which was just plain blah.
I think today we're ordering pizza on our unit.
Never know!

I had a pan fried naked burger and one small spoon of each salad. Couldn't find dessert cups so no shortcake. Maybe tomorrow they will have them.

All my salads were done yesterday. Ribs were dusted with rub last night.
Should be an easy day.
Dinner menu will hopefully be (everyone can choose what they want before hand, so no wasted cooked food) ribs, burgers, hotdogs, corn on the cob, salads and strawberries and whipped cream.

We had one hell of a meal today.
The kids came over. Son and wife, and the two kids were here for the decoration day and for the baby Aurora's 1rst birthday.
I made pork ribs .... burgers, hot dogs, corn on the cob ( Florida corn ).
Baked beans ( Bush's ), and hot dog / burger chili sauce.
Mac and cheese; made with rigatoni's....
Birthday cake, and a selection of 7 different flavors of Taylor's Ice cream.
Butter Pecan for me.

Pulled pork butt, turkey injected with Creole Butter Marinade, ABT's, cherry-smoked bacon, creamy cole slaw, and Jim Slagle's Blueberry Cream Cheese poundcake.

Shared all with neighbors.
