Tonight will probably be stove top grilled strip steak. Either with tossed green salad or cold lemon & garlic string bean salad.

But this could change.

I'm gonna try a 'Tuscan Chicken ' recipe I found on the side of the Rice Box.... not sure what makes it "Tuscan" ............ my neighbor gave me a Gi-Huge-Ic cuke from her garden; probably tasteless, left on the vine way too long..... I'll make Cukes 'n Onions out of it ...

Jimmy do you crisp up the pita before you top it? Do you split the pitas so the crust is really thin and crisp?

It depends if they are puffy, I split them. I didn't this time because they were starting to break in pieces. Grrrrrrrr! Crust bottom was medium crispy. The edges, were nice and crisp. Baked on foil in the electric toaster oven on convection. I took a pic, but it wont upload to my computer from my phone.

Craig made sort of a lasagna with grilled slices of zucchini, yellow squash and eggplant acting as the "noodles.". Garlic knots on the side.

Dang, I'm glad I don't have to do all that.
I edit them first if I need to right in the gallery tools at the bottom of the screen under my pictures.
I can either use photo editor or photo editor pro.
Then just save after edit and dump the old ones.
All from my phone.
