What have you eaten Sunday 3/31/2019 to Saturday 4/6/2019?

Last Night's Burger Steak, change of plan on the Fries - went with Onion Rings, Cut Green Beans, and a new (for me) BBQ Sauce.....

Eye injection today, so whatever dinner will be, it won't involve knives or the stove top........
......did I ever mention....
every time I get one of these (about every two months) it costs Uncle Sam $2,300 ...

Well, for the second time in a row, they scheduled me into their boon-docks office..... so now now shot till next Thursday

So.......... I think I'll stuff this for dinner...... I've got some breakfast spuds to recycle, so all I need is a veg........

I'm thinking of a Hamburger / Cheeseburger, on toasted Texas Toast bread.
OOops! Scratch that. I have a Ham cheese and salami hoagie in the fridge.
Tina mommy could have the burger.

I had 1/2 a grilled cheese on rye & homemade yogurt with homemade lemon curd.

Had my Breadmitch .... LOL
4 slices of meat, and 3 slices of cheese. Chopped tomato in the middle.
I cut two pieces, and dipped into oil and vinegar with Italian spices.

Ropa vieja, maduros (fried ripe plantains), black beans and rice.

Dessert will be a piece of gooey butter cake.

Ground beef (in some form) and asparagus need to be used. Probably meatloaf or Salisbury steak.

Breakfast for dinner, butter poached eggs, breakfast sausage, potato latkes, and English muffins. It was various shades of brown so I didn't take a picture.

Had a bunch of halves for supper. Sandwiches that is!
DW went shopping at Henninger's market, in Myerstown, Pennsylvania all day.
She brought back Liverwurst, salami, pickle pimento, roast beef, and a variety of cheeses sliced. So, I had a 1/2 sandwich of each. Full like a pig, I fell asleep on the recliner.
( burp*)

Last Night's Grilled Rib-eye, Nuked Russet (forgot to insert it in the oven, and steak was already on the grill, so...) Leftie Southwest Corn and a Lettuce 'Wedge'.....

Nice steak, Lucky!
If everything goes to plan, it's going to be chicken tenders, roasted or pan sauteed Brussels sprouts and potato tonight.

Not sure what dinner will be. But I am thinking maybe breakfast for dinner - waffles, bacon and omelets.

steak & p'rogies ('kraut ones) w/ sour cream--they pair so well, & i may get a bottle of redd~~

I just scored big at Acme - 2LB. bags frozen extra-large EZ-peel Shrimps for $8.99...

So it's shrimp & Scallop night !

"Nice steak, Lucky! "

THX, Sass !
I rubbed the steak with oil, rather than oiling the grill pan, as I would normally...

Did another batch of the shrimp stew, think it's my third batch:

I'm not sure about why that much oil is on the surface, maybe because I used two cans of RoTel and more Frank's hot sauce...still good.

Just got done cutting up and spicing about 16 pounds of pork for andouille. We'll probably grind, stuff and smoke Sunday, with a couple of pounds bagged for uncooked bulk.

Geez, Jimmy, do you have some magic medication that allows you to eat all this kind of stuff without worry?

If so, I want some!

Lee

We will be having omelets with choice of add-ins - asparagus, mushrooms, cheddar cheese, tomatoes, onion & bacon. I'll be having asparagus & grated Italian cheeses, bacon & tomatoes on the side.
