Default What's on the menu NCT Sunday 9/9/12 - Saturday 9/15/12?

I made eggs over, home fries, bacon and homemade biscuits for breakfast and a pot coconut coffee.

Dinner will be steak either with potatoes, gravy and broccoli OR beef and broccoli stir fry with rice on side.

The rest is in the freezer for future meals. I lost 50% of the weight in fat and bone through cooking. DW made extra gravy from the huge amount of drippings and froze that as well. A local store had the shoulders on sale for $1.49/lb, so I bought two of them. The other one was broken down into 4 smaller roasts and put in the freezer.

Thanks Sass.... Tina did the chicken.

Yeah! The chewing dad is something.
Everyone says, "Dad don't take my pic when I'm chewing!" I said,"Cheesh, maybe we should all wear masks over our mouths; cause we are ALWAYS Chewing something in this house!"

I think that's the Name... I'll second that.

Now? .... is it goo- dah ..... or is it Gow- dah ??

There is one cheese that Tina gets peved at me for the way I say it.

I think it's Gruyere cheese... I call it Pronounced ( Grew- yeer )

I pronounce it goodah, but have heard people say gowda.

Gouda (i/ˈɡdə/[1] or i/ˈɡdə/;[2]

Well... I use the expression... Gowdahell cheese; maybe that's why DW gets all in a hissy fit when I say that?
