I didn't feel like cooking, so I went for easy.

Farfale with fresh diced tomato, roasted garlic, olive oil, toasted pine nuts, fresh basil chiffonade, freshly grated parmesan reggiano. Accompanied by a glass of wine.

Semolina bread is baking, but not ready on time for dinner.

We were out fairly late looking for furniture, so I went for easy, too. Roasted chicken legs sprinkled with Penzey's Greek seasoning, pan-roasted potato wedges with more Penzey's Greek seasoning, and a green salad topped with feta cheese.

Went traditional all-American last night: Yankee Pot Roast in the Pressure Cooker with buttermilk mashed potatoes, carrots, and peas, with a nice red Bordeaux to wash it down (I ain't no "supertaster").
