Set oven at 350 degrees
Combine :
1 c flour
1/4 c melted butter
1 egg
1/4 c sugar
Mix well.
Scoop out tablespoons of dough and flatten in the palm of your hand.
Bake for 6 minutes, then flip and bake 4-6 minutes more.

Melt a small bag of milk chocolate chips in a double boiler.
Spread on cooled cookies making sandwiches.
