I think I'll do a couple of smoked chops in the grill pan, baked potato and garlic green beans.

You?

I had planned on having my last slab of beef from the freezer, but upon examination, it's been in there WAY too long...... grey and ugly........
Undecided on which way to go now........

Hmm, all 4 chops didn't quite get the grill lines the way I wanted. :bonk: lol
I will say these are quite good, although just a tad salty.
I will buy them again.

Macaroni, Perciatelli.... very hard to eat without making noises, or slopping around the plate and table. Mom never made them because my brother and I would make squealing noises as we ate them. They were good though!
The plating looks like I had my face in the plate. I just about did so. BTW..... I used 5 napkins and a wet wash while eating.
Tina ate hers neatly; and her trick was to cut her spaghetti in little pieces. ....... ME? .... "I won't eat spaghetti if it is cut!"

That mushroom sauce with pasta looked incredible, med!

Dan, I also loved the look of your hearty salad!

I made a Milk St. recipe for grilled Thai pork skewers, with grilled carrots, store bought vegetable pot stickers and Thai chili sauce (the latter was a Christmas gift).

Lee that looks great.
I'd like to try some Milk Street recipes too.
I tried to "like" their Facebook page and it just buffered out. Boo!

Anyway, here's my dinner.
Pretty good!

Lucky, I found loin pork chops at Chief's yesterday and brats.
Their filet mignon was through the roof on the price as were the rib eye.. the few that they had.
Chicken leg quarters were the type that are pre-seasoned
I'll wait lol
(Walmart had no steaks at all. Ground beef and all turkey products, very little chicken).

Wow, everyone's dinners look wonderful!

Welcome back, Peep!

Jimmy, I hope you get a pic of your moussaka - I love that!

I finally got around to making my beloved TNT recipe for crockpot Chicken Cacciatore. Every time one of you posts a photo of your chick. cacc., I vow I'm going to make it again. And then I forget.

It's easy, fantastic and one of my favorites. I think I like the thin sauce better than regular spaghetti sauce (there IS some spaghetti underneath!)

I marinated four thin boneless chuck steaks then DD cooked 2 of them on stovetop CI grill pan (I have 2 left, may freeze them for later use), Bob Evans mashed potatoes and corn off the cob.

steak_corn_mashed_050620_IMG_6818.JPG

DD picked up some thin steaks for braciole which may be dinner tomorrow with some more of the homemade meatballs and sauce. If I feel up to doing them.
