It was close to an ounce for each of us.

Tonight, cispy skin thighs with green beans and potato, fennel, onion, gruyere gratin.

The plan at the moment is pan fried sweet Italian sausage, mashed taters and frozen mixed veggies. But things can change.

Family will be getting sandwiches WAWA.

I think I MAY will have grits and some meatballs with sauce.

Ever since I read you mentioning WaWa, I've had a Philly cheesesteak sub on my mind.
I ordered one from Domino's along with a garden salad.
It should be here in 30 minutes lol

Yum Lucky!
I want to try an onion like that.

Peeps, the only other salads they have here at Domino's are the Caesar.

This Sass-inspired dinner took about 10 minutes to make.

Loved it!

Supper was Giancarlos eggplant parm, and their bakery's Boston cream doughnut. They are way over filled, and I'm not complaining.

That all looks delicious, Jimmy!
I love Boston cream donuts.

Today I'm taking the other half of my sub to work for lunch, then I'll eat whatever happens to be on the menu at dinner.

Boil soup with the leftover potatoes, garlic, onion, corn and andouille sausage, plus a few crawfish tails from the crawfish boil last Saturday.

Supper was a failure today.
Tina pulled out a vacuumed packet of calves liver. Soaked it in milk, and fried it with onions. Huh! .... I took one bite, and threw it all away. It tasted freezer burnt.
The use by date was 08/18/2018. Tina didn't eat it. She is a liver hater.

Thank you Lee, and Medtran, and I always say, "If they want more sauce, they can use what I put in a pitcher. It's the same with pasta or spaghetti. I don't want it swimming in sauce, and especially a watery sauce.

We had pizza delivery last night. I didn't like it.

So tonight who knows. Maybe clam chowder or linguine with clam sauce. YBDL

I wish I could see the picture.

I know.
I despise photobucket.
I can't even log in to mine anymore.
There was a photo in there of the time I made it and it's on here in a dinner thread.
Doesn't matter, it's likely blank too.

Thank you Sass. Looks good! When did you make it? You should post that in Dee's thread along with a new one from this time. Then and Now.

I'm working on another "Let's Talk" thread.

November 2010.
I'll do that when I make it.
Change of plans! Lol
