Oven fried boneless, skinless chicken breast.


2/3 cup of Instant potatoes flakes
1/3 cup of Parmesan Cheese (yes, I use the stuff in the green can :ohmy:)
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 envelope Good Seasons Italian Salad Dressing Mix
1/2 cup of butter, melted
4 boneless, skinless breasts

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Combine the first 4 ingredients in a dish. Dip the chicken breasts in the melted butter, dredge in the potato flake mixture. Place on a tin foil lined cookie sheet. Bake 20 to 30 minutes depending upon how thick your chicken breast is. Finish it off under the broiler for a few minutes to get it a nice golden brown and it will look like this:
