Not sure what's for dinner. Corned beef is an option.

Tina suggested meatloaf. Now she's having a conniption fit because DD said something about meatloaf.

I give up already!

Was going to make pierogies with this, but it made a huge amount.
And, it's out of this world delicious!

I'm going out for ice cream later with friends so I'm supping early.

I'll be taking leftovers today for either lunch or supper.
I'm thinking I'll eat the lunch at work, since they're always better.
I start my 3 12 hour shifts a week today.

it worked. reasonable well for first try.
recipe here
https://tasteandsee.com/bang-bang-fish-tacos/

the slaw is a very interesting combo - the lime really sets it off.
make the sauce as hot as you like . . . mayo+sweet chili sauce+hotsauce
but next go, it'll be with some real fish - nuts on the fish sticks routine.....

Well, I had my cabbage/bacon for lunch yesterday, then the powers that be treated us all to pizzas aplenty from Hawk's.

Tonight, I'm going to do a one pan dinner, with pierogies, caramelized onions, bacon and corn.

Homemade Pierogies that Tina bought at Komensky's Market in Duryea, Pa yesterday.
My favorite .... Sauerkraut filled, and Prune filled for her. Lots of fried onions in butter, and sour cream. Yummm!
