Default Hawaiian Pizza English Muffins

Never thought I'd like Hawaiian pizza until a friend had me try a slice at Gino's East in Chicago. I LOVED it!

So, when I saw this WW recipe, had to try it.

It's good, but don't use fat free cheese - use reduced fat cheese. And drizzle a bit of olive oil on top before putting it in the oven.

Very good! Had it for breakfast this morning!

Hawaiian Pizza English Muffins, WW 6 points +

Fiber One whole wheat or multi grain English muffin, split in half
Chopped deli ham
Reduced fat shredded cheese
2 T. marinara or tomato sauce
Chopped red onion
Chopped pineapple chunks, drained
Drizzle of olive oil
Pinch oregano or Italian seasoning

Preheat oven (or toaster oven) to 400 degrees, with foiled sheet pan in oven.

Lightly toast English muffin. Spread marinara on each toasted half, then top with the rest of the stuff.

Heat in oven for about 5 minutes or until heated through.
