I can't believe you took pics of the shelves. hahahahahahaha
Guess what? Tina did too. She showed Target pics, with the lines of people and their carts, filled with food and toilet paper, and lines all the way to half way down the isles.

She needed Milk, so three stores had none ( as you know we use the FairLife whole milk ). She found it in Weis Market with a May shelf life.

I'm working 12 hour shifts both today and tomorrow.
Today I'm taking a Marketside bbq chicken wrap for my lunch. I'll eat the dinner that the menu has, no matter what it is.

Pina colada wings, homemade chips and slaw. The wings came out REALLY good. We'll definitely be making these again.

We both finished the chicken soup! Whew! Thank God it's done / gone / out of sight. ( It was good though ), but enough is enough!
Have an idea for dinner tomorrow. Tina picked up breaded eggplant. I envision, a nice plate of eggplant parmesan.
DD made a pot of tomato sauce with meatballs this evening.

I had a corned beef in the fridge for the 17th but made it last night with cabbage and potatoes.

Not much meat left in stores. As soon as the butchers bring it out the locusts descend.

Sorrowfully..... stores without just about everything.
No meats in Shoprite Chester, Netcong, Mansfield ( Hackettstown ).Walmart is empty of all foods.
We just have enough for a year, but Tina has to search food for her uncle, so he could just use the microwave dinners.
