Default Browned Chinese Eggs

6 boiled eggs-shelled
2 T butter
3 T soy sauce
2 t chopped green onion
1 t sesame oil

Melt butter and along with soy sauce in skillet.
Add the eggs (whole) and cook gently over low heat, turning and basting until dark brown.
Remove and slice eggs on serving plates, then drizzle with sesame oil and top with chopped green onions.

Yum! I love everything with those condiments, so why NOT HB eggs?

Thanks Lee and Karen.
I plan on making these either on Sunday or Monday (next days off and the only time I can really concentrate on real cooking for dinner).
Don't know as yet what I'll serve with them.

I'll do what usually is done and share the meal with my elderly neighbour lady, since it's going to be 6 eggs.

Vegetable fried rice maybe? or something Chinese noodle-wise?
I am open to suggestions.
