This is the first beer can chicken I haven't put sauce on. It was pretty tasty. I'm going to put that poultry rub on my list of things to get from Fred's Music and rubs....
Lucky, that looks amazing! The next time you do the cheese part...cut it small and toss it with a bit of flour or corn starch. It will thicken it ever so slightly and it might not ooze as much.
