No pictures. I cooked a pork chop sous vide, then browned it in a skillet. Declared with Apple cider, Apple cider vinegar, Dijon, soy, brown sugar, cayenne to make a sauce. Served with a baked sweet potato.
I bought some turkey tips on sale and made a honey BBQ marinade for them.
Picked some shishito peppers and jalapenoes from my garden. Made ABT's with the japs, and grilled all the vegs. I bought at the Farmer's Market the other day.
