Chunky Cheesy Crescent Roll Chicken Pie

To make this I used 1 large can of chunky white chicken breast meat (Kirkland's)
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 can mixed veg, not Veg-all/ did not want the celery/potato/lima bean thing going on.
1 small sliced onion lightly sauteed first
-Seasoned with poultry seasoning, black pepper and parsley.
Thinly sliced mild cheddar
1 tube of crescent rolls

Mix the first 4 ingredients together in large pan to heat through.
Add seasonings.
Pour into buttered 8x8 glass baking dish.
Top with cheese.
I was going to fuss with crimping the crescents to make the top layer crust, then found it can actually be rolled after being squeezed into 2 blobs pretty easily.

Bake 400° 20 minutes

It's a good pie!
Super easy too.
