We will probably have pizza and salad again or bacon and eggs. Haven't decided yet.

Not sure about dinner, but lunch was a big old messy TLTO (turkey, lettuce, tomato, onion)....wasn't sure if I had enough turkey, so I added some more :

DW left me for a couple days....
She went to her uncles farm down South Jersey ....

SOoooo... I can cook what I want / how I want / and when I want.

I'm thinking of Muscles in Garlic Butter Sauce...with some macaroni's.

Last night I adapted & made a recipe that was originally posted here by "SassMuffin" - "Rotel & V-8 Cabbage Soup". I made several changes, & also made it on the stovetop instead of in a crockpot. It was delicious, & even my cabbage-hating husband cleaned his bowl. Served it with a green salad & some warm whole-grain artisinal bread. Here's a link to my version of the recipe:
