Cranberry Salad

I posted the low carb cranberry salad that DH and I eat. Here is the yummy cranberry salad I serve to guests every Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Cranberry Salad

4 cups (1 pound) cranberries, ground
2 cups apples, ground
2 cups sugar

Mix these three ingredients and let stand two hours.

2 small or 1 large package cherry Jell-O
4 cups boiling water
1 cup seedless purple grapes, halved
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Dissolve the Jell-O in the water. Mix all and let stand over night in the refrigerator before serving. Keep refrigerated.
