Zippy Deviled Eggs
Serves 8

6 Hard boiled eggs
2 TBL Mayonnaise
2 TBL Poupon mustard
1 TBL Louisiana hot sauce
1 TBL Pimentos -- mashed
3 TBL Dill relish
Salt -- to taste
Cut the eggs in half. Remove yolk from white and set white aside.
In a stainless steel bowl, Mash yolks with a fork and add the mayonnaise and the rest of the ingredients. Spoon mixture back into egg whites and serve on a bed of lettuce.

Ingredients
6 hard boiled eggs
3 tablesp. mayo or salad dressing
2 teasp. lemon juice
1 teasp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teasp. dry mustard
1/8 teasp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. cayenne (or more !)
paprika
parsley sprigs(optional)
Procedure
Slice eggs in lengthwise, and carefully remove yolks. Mash yolks; add next 7 ingredients, mixing well. Stuff egg whites with yolk mixture. Garnish with paprika and parsley sprigs.
yield: 6 to 8 serving

Those do look good! Most of the time I make Deviled Eggs I put some Underwoods Deviled Ham with the egg yokes. Give that a try soemtimes.

You can center the yolks by putting the egg carton on its side overnight. It's a good idea to rubberband it to ensure that it doesn't open accidentally.
