DEVILED EGG SALAD PLATE

7 Hard-Cooked Eggs
3 TBL mayonnaise
1 TBL Fresh Dill, Chopped
1 Clove Garlic, minced
1/8 tsp. Sriracha Chili Sauce
1/8 tsp. Salt
6 c. Torn Bibb (or Boston) Lettuce
2 c. Grape tomatoes (or Cherry Tomatoes), Halved
1 Med. Red Bell Pepper, rough-chopped
4 slices Bacon, crisp-cooked, drained and crumbled
3 Green Onions, sliced
dill vinaigrette (Recipe Follows)

Halve the eggs length-wise and place yolks in a small mixing bowl.
Set whites aside.
Mash yolks with a fork and stir in next five ingredients; Stuff Egg Whites with the yolk mixture; set aside.

On a platter, arrange the next five ingredients.
Arrange eggs on the greens, Drizzle with the dressing and serve.

DILL VINAIGRETTE

1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoons white sugar
1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon onion powder
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon dry mustard
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

In a blender, combine the oil, vinegar, sugar, dill weed, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, dry mustard and pepper. Blend until smooth, cover and refrigerate until chilled.
