Default Peanut Butter

I didn't pick up my Skippy, IDK why.

I got Jif taste's awful. Then for whatever reason I also got some Smuckers , ok this has no peanut taste what so ever.

What the heck do I do with 2 jars of gross peanut butter? Throw it in the back of cupboard till it grows fuzz?

I do know I am going to buy my Skippy. At least it taste's good & like peanuts.

I would use it to hide pills so you can get the pills in the dogs. They don't care what brand it is!

Second option, how about some peanut butter cookies?

What about a low carb peanut butter cookie?

1 cup of peanut butter
1 cup of sugar substitute
1 egg
1 teaspoon of vanilla

Mix it all together. Form into balls, make a criss cross with the tines of a fork. bake at 350 for about 12 minutes.

Makes about 16 cookies.

I've made them a few times before. I've used both sugar and a sugar substitute. Both ways the cookies are pretty good.

Donate to local food pantry/church.
Our pantries are constantly in the news this year as supplies are non-existant.
I try to buy the b1/g1 stuff and donate the second. Peanut butter and pasta frequently are.
