3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup Cocoa Powder
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup butter, melted
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
1/4 cup Cocoa Powder
1 1/4 cups hot water

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In medium bowl, mix flour, 3/4 cup granulated sugar, 1/4 cup cocoa, baking powder and 1/2 teaspoon salt; mix well.
Add milk, butter and vanilla; stir until well blended. Spread batter in ungreased 8-inch square or 9-inch round pan.
In small bowl, combine 1 cup sugar, 1/4 cup cocoa and dash salt; mix well. Sprinkle evenly over cake batter. Pour boiling water over sugar mixture. DO NOT STIR!! Leave the water sitting on top
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes or until center is set and firm to the touch. The water is gone, and there will be fudge on the bottom as you serve it. Serve warm. Good with a scoop of ice cream and the fudge poured over it.

My boys love this stuff!! I never had any to put in the frig though, lol
